Ongoing coaching
$120 per month (4 week blocks)
Your training should adapt as you progress. With ongoing coaching, you get a plan that evolves with you and a coach who’s there when you need guidance.
What you get:
Weekly training plans delivered through Final Surge (professional online coaching platform)
Plan adjustments based on your progress, fitness and how your body responds
Direct messaging for questions, feedback and support throughout your training
Strava/garmin sync so I can track your progress and make informed adjustments
Race day pacing strategies, taper guidance and running nutrition advice
How it works: Sign up, complete the new runner questionnaire, join final surge via link sent to your email, await your weekly plan and ongoing support.
Best for: Runners who want accountability, adaptive planing and expert guidance throughout their training journey.
Custom training blueprint
$250 - for the self-driven runner
You know how to stay accountable. You just need a structured, expert-designed plan that fits your goals and your schedule.
What you get:
A personalised training plan (typically 12 weeks) based on your running history, goals and lifestyle
Delivered as a detailed PDF with explanations of each session type
Guidance on pacing, progression and how to get the most out of each workout
How it works: Sign up and complete the client questionnaire, I build your customer plan, you receive it via email and get after it.
Best for: Experienced runners who are self-motivated and don’t need regular check-ins.

The Ongoing Coaching is month-to-month, no lock in contracts. I want you to stay because you are improving, not because you have to.

It helps but its not essential. A basic running app is enough to get started if you dont mind running with your phone. Then if you upgrade later, we’ll make the most of the data.

Yes, many clients train on limited time and I had a recent runner who did his first half marathon training very consistently twice a week.

Absolutely! Depending on where you are at in the plan, I can credit you some of the blueprint cost to the first month of ongoing coaching.

You can login to Final Surge via the Android or iPhone app, as well as through a web browser. Once you are logged in and setup you will have access to a monthly calendar view of your training plan.
You can click on a session to get more details on what the workout looks like. You can track your planned weekly mileage against your actual mileage.
You can leave me notes on or ask questions about a workout. We can discuss an upcoming session or how a past session went.
You can sync up Final Surge to your Strava, Garmin, Apple and many others, so that your workouts are automatically imported into the app for me to see and keep track of.
It is the one stop location for all your training needs and any communication you have with me.
